Due to the success of the Gas Bar coupons (from 1958) the distribution of coupons was extended to store customers in 1961.
The CTC S-1 Series Store Coupons were redeemable at CTC stores and at gas bars.
The CTC triangle did appear on the front, however, the "Tested Proven Products" logo was chosen as the feature for the reverse of this series only.
The FW Sasaki signature is misspelled as "Saski".
This series has no plate date but was in circulation for 11 years until updated with the S-2 50th Anniversary issue of 1972.
