After the S18/19 Anniversary issues, circulation returned to the S17 series to use up the balance of that CBN issue. The CTC S20 saw a new series from BABN and the serial numbering was reset to zero for this series.
The S20 series was printed in 1996, using 1996 plates, but was not released unitl April 1998. In 2000 the S20-C1 and S20-F1 were released with a 2 prefix and were originally assigned CTCCC's S25 designator, then later in January 2002 re-classified back into the S20's. [Collector 2002-Vol 12, #1, Page 11].
The S20 series used a 1 prefix for the replacement coupons. When the series with the 2 prefix was issued the replacement prefix was switched to an 'end of run' numbering process which produced coupons with 2015 (10¢) and 2014 ($1) prefixes.

3 Last 980,000 notes of the $1 1M overrun with the 2015 prefix.
