Store Series S-21

The S21 series was released in conjunction with the S20 series in July 1998 to extend the series to include a $2 coupon.

The Pasternak signature was changed to Gerry Kishner, CTC's Exec VP Finance & Administration and CFO.

Only the $2 was issued in this series.

Replacement coupons were issued with a 1 prefix in the serial number.
