On 13-November-1940 Marjory & Don Adams Purchased a lot from Parkroad Land Company Ltd at 203 Glen Park Avenue, Toronto for the sum of $1.00. A mortgage was arranged with Sun Life for $2250 and the house was built in 1941.

When Marjory moved to a nursing home in July 1988 the house was rented out and managed by Hunt Hill Realty until it was eventually sold in March 2011.
